Nobody likes reading privacy policies. They’re usually long, dry, and written by lawyers for other lawyers. We’ve tried to do something different here. This Privacy Policy for Spinmama lays out clearly what personal information we might collect when you use spinmama-bonus.ca, how we use it, who (if anyone) sees it, and what you can do about it. We take this seriously. Your data isn’t a product we’re selling - it’s information you’ve trusted us with, and we treat it that way.

Access to backend systems is restricted - not everyone on the team has access to everything, and that’s intentional.
We don’t store payment information because we don’t process payments. We don’t build user profiles. Any personal data we do hold - like an email from someone who contacted us - is stored on secured servers and not retained longer than necessary.
No system is 100% bulletproof. But we’re not a lazy operation that ignores security until something goes wrong. We review our practices, keep software updated, and take the basics seriously.

You have the right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time, to request a copy of your data, and to ask us to stop using it. These aren’t hoops we make you jump through - they’re straightforward requests and we respond to them.
